The ECHL-leading Alaska Aces pocketed a 6-1 win today at Utah in what was the club's 54th game, which marks the three-quarters mark of the regular season.
At 37-11-6, good for 80 points, the Aces have posted the franchise's second-best record through 54 games in its 10 ECHL seasons. The standard remains the 2006 Kelly Cup-winning club, which at this point was a rather ridiculous 42-8-4 (88 points).
