The Anchorage Concert Association has announced that crooner Tony Bennett will perform in Anchorage on June 4 and 5. Two scheduled concerts will take place at 7:30 p.m. each day in Atwood Concert Hall. The shows will also feature Bennett’s daughter, Antonia Bennett.
Bennett, 86, has won 17 Grammy awards, his first in 1963 for “I Left My Heart in San Francisco.” He won the award in two categories in 2012, for “Duets II” and “Body and Soul,” on which he performed with the late Amy Winehouse.
Tickets, $55-$125, will be available at centertix.net.
