It’s important to remember collective bargaining has been the backbone of the American middle class.

• Because of collective bargaining we have two days a week off work.
• Because of collective bargaining we often have health care benefits.
• Because of collective bargaining we have hope of retiring one day.

If employers were always fair with us, it would be great, but they’re not. We need full collective bargaining rights.
