Recap: Chicago Cubs vs. Los Angeles

Jerry Hairston registered three RBI and added a run scored to help the Los Angeles Dodgers defeat the Chicago Cubs, 11-7, Wednesday in spring training action.

Alfredo Amezaga finished 3-for-3 with two RBI and a run scored, Brian Barden plated a pair of runs and Alex Castellanos added a solo home run for the Dodgers, who finished with 14 hits.

Los Angeles starter Aaron Harang earned the victory despite giving up four runs on five hits and one walk over two full frames.

Darwin Barney and Nate Schierholtz each went 2-for-2 for the Cubs, with Barney knocking in two runs and Schierholtz scoring twice to go with an RBI.

Trey McNutt was tagged with the loss after giving up two runs on three hits in the second inning.
