— Anchorage teen Adriana Latonio advanced to the top-20 round of "American Idol," and she will be among the 10 semifinalists taking the stage Tuesday.

The semifinalists are split into 10 females and 10 males, and Latonio advanced to this part of the competition based on the votes of the judges, which include Mariah Carey, Nicki Minaj, Keith Urban and long-time "Idol" judge Randy Jackson. Tuesday marks the point where viewers take over; audience votes will determine who moves on to the finals.

Tuesday's episode will be filmed live in Las Vegas but is tape-delayed on the West Coast, airing locally at 7 p.m. on Fox, Channel 4 on GCI cable. The top 10 males perform 7 p.m. Wednesday, and the finalists will be announced on Thursday's episode. See the TV listings for the full schedule.
