To all of those lawmakers who voted in favor of Sean Parnell’s HB77. 

Shame on you. This type of legislation will erode the protections of our salmon streams. Protections guaranteed in our State Constitution. The protections salmon need in the face of projects that will inherently jeopardize their survival. Projects such as the Chuitna coal, and Pebble copper mines. Does Alaska want to be like the Lower 48? Without sustainable salmon? Please urge your state senators to vote down this terrible legislation.
