Recap: Houston vs. Atlanta

Evan Gattis finished 3-for-4 with a three-run homer and four RBI as Atlanta outslugged Houston, 14-9, in exhibition action.

Freddie Freeman hit a two-run shot and scored three times, while Taylor Pastornicky and Joey Terdoslavich drove in two runs apiece for the Braves, who scored all of their runs in the first three innings.

Sean Gilmartin allowed five hits and two runs over three innings for the win.

Jordan Lyles was tagged in defeat for seven hits and six runs while recording only two outs for the Astros.

Trevor Crowe hit a bases-clearing triple, Marc Krauss added a two-run homer and Brandon Barnes launched a solo shot in the setback.
