The Tour of Anchorage that was orchestrated by PJ Hill and the many workers and volunteers of the Nordic Skiing Association stated yet again why Anchorage is such a wonderful winter city. From the well-run organization, to the supporters clanging cowbells, and to the feed station attendants and their wonderful food, water and encouragement, the experience of skiing through this city is unmatched by any skiing experience in the nation.

Mountains, city life and the greenbelt trails — a full city tour without ever taking your skis off. Wow, what fun!
