Local Photographer opens new studio location

Posted on March 15, 2013

This April, LRK Studios Photography will be celebrating 3 years as a photography studio and recently opened a brand new photography studio location on 84th Avenue in Anchorage. The studio is unique in that it offers a wide variety of photo services ranging from boudoir and maternity photo shoots as well as wedding photography and bachelorette party coverage. LRK Studios also offers services such as "secret proposal photography" coverage to individuals who want photographic record of that important moment in their lives.

The owner, Lindsey Kemberling, has run the business since she was 19 years old, and originally started doing photo shoots out of her one-bedroom apartment 3 years ago. She now has over 2,000 clients, a commercial location, and multiple photographers working with the studio, as well as a fully staffed editing team. A graduate of Eagle River High School and now 22 years old, Lindsey Kemberling does what most people only dream of - she wakes up every day doing what she loves.

LRK Studios, LLC is dedicated to offering affordable photography services to military families, and offers a hefty discount to those and the families of those who have served our country. LRK Studios serves Anchorage and the surrounding area, and also travels out of state to do photo shoots and weddings. Multiple clients fly up to Alaska from states such as Kentucky specifically to shoot with LRK Studios, and LRK Studios' photographers recently returned from shooting a wedding in Las Vegas. They will be flying to states such as California, Oklahoma, and Hawaii in the next few months to photograph engagement and newborn sessions.
