Recap: Cincinnati vs. Cleveland

Omir Santos had a solo homer and Carlos Moncrief had a game-tying two-run homer -- both of which came in the ninth inning -- to help the Cleveland Indians play to draw versus the Cincinnati Reds on Sunday in spring training action.

Xavier Paul had a three-run homer and Todd Frazier had a two-run blast for the Reds, who saw starter Mat Latos last six innings and give up three runs -- two earned -- on six hits. The Reds finished with four home runs and eight total hits.

Cleveland starter Justin Masterson struggled and gave up five runs on just four hits, though he did strike out six over four innings. Cleveland had 12 hits.
