Folk duo Strangled Darlings to tour Alaska

Strangled Darlings


— The curiously named Strangled Darlings are touring Alaska this month. Traveling from Portland, Ore., the folk duo's itinerary includes an Anchorage gig at Tap Root on Saturday. The pair will be joined by locals Orion Donicht and The Dirty Hands for that show. The rest of the tour dates are below, plus the curious video for Strangled Darlings' "Snake and the Girl."

Friday - Down East Saloon, Homer, with Michael Howard, 9 p.m.


Saturday - Tap Root,  Anchorage, with Orion Donicht and  The Dirty Hands, 9 p.m., $8

Wednesday, March 27 - Fairview Inn, Talkeetna, with Trajectory, 9 p.m.

Thursday, March 28 - THE PUB - Fairbanks, AK – with Saint Animal, 8 pm

Friday, March 29 - College Coffeehouse, Fairbanks, with Michael Howard, 8 p.m. $5 (all ages)

Saturday, March 30 - The Marlin, Fairbanks, with Feeding Frenzy, 10 p.m. $5

All shows 21-and-older except March 29.
