WCHA announces future championship sites

The WCHA in St. Paul, Minn., today announced sites for its future championships when the revamped 10-team circuit begins a new era next season.

The semifinals and final will be contested at Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, Mich., in 2014 and 2016.

The semis and final in 2015 and 2017 will be played in the customary location, the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, which is the home rink of the NHL's Minnesota Wild.
