Jack White Commercial Real Estate hires three

Posted on March 28, 2013

Jack White Commercial Real Estate has hired Greg Johnson, Marc Dunne and Michael McElligott, who were all previously affiliated with the recently dissolved firm of Bond, Stephens, and Johnson

Johnson will replace Jack White's former broker, Gregg Gunnerson. Gunnerson has been with the company since 1984 and a broker since 2001.  He is shifting away from the day-to-day responsibilities but will continue to work for Jack White Commercial.

Johnson has over 26 years of commercial real estate experience in the Anchorage market, and 20 years as partner and owner of Bond, Stephens, and Johnson. He has been a top-producer in the Anchorage commercial real estate market since he started his career in 1986, and he brings his broad knowledge and experience in commercial real estate sales, leasing and site acquisitions to Jack White Commercial.

Marc Dunne, CCIM, Associate Broker, is a lifelong Alaskan and has been a commercial real estate broker in Anchorage since 1994.  Marc was the top-producing broker for Bond, Stephens and Johnson from 2005-2012. His practice includes all areas of commercial real estate.

Michael McElligott, MBA, Associate Broker, is also a lifelong Alaskan and has been a licensed Realtor for 16 years. Michael specializes in commercial real estate sales, leasing, investment and analysis.
