Anchorage's Trace Strahle is headed to Wisconsin-Stevens Point

Defenseman Trace Strahle of Anchorage is headed to Division III Wisconsin-Stevens Point in the fall, according to collegecommitments.com

Strahle, 20, this regular season earned 7-21--28 totals and a +9 rating in 57 games for the North American Hockey League's Topeka Roadrunners.

Strahle scored most of his points on the power play, with 6-11--17 totals on the power play. He also scored a short-handed goal, so all his goals came on special teams.

Strahle joins a Stevens Point club that is losing two senior defensemen.
