Big games in the ECHL Kelly Cup playoffs tonight because they were all Game 3s in series that began the night tied 1-1 in best-of-7 formats.

Out West, Ontario used 28 saves from Jean-Francois Berube and two third-period goals, including the game winner from Mario Lamoureux, to win 2-1 at Idaho and regain home-ice advantage in that series.

In the East, Florida's Jesse Deckert made 28 saves and David Rutherford bagged two goals to give the Everblades a 4-1 win over visiting Reading, which is the higher seed.

And Cincinnati used rookie John McFarland's first points of the postseason -- two goals and a helper -- and a 23-save shutout from Michael Houser for a 5-0 win over visiting Gwinnett.

For Alaska Aces fans, the big Game 3 is Thursday night -- the Aces play at Stockton in yet another series tied 1-1 after two games.
