AACCC Adoption of the Week: Meet Bella

AnchorageMay 1, 2013

Here's Anchorage Animal Care and Control's Adoption of the Week, courtesy of Brooke Taylor, AACCC public relations coordinator.

Here is Bella, a 1 year old, spayed female, lab/dobie mix.  This beautiful young girl is friendly and affectionate, intelligent, and wants to please. She can be shy around men, but is very responsive to calm, gentle handling. Does well in shelter dog training class and is a fast learner--a happy fetch player too. Sits nicely for treats and takes gently. She will be too rambunctious for kids under 16, and should go to a dog experienced family that can provide lots of exercise, training and things to do. Lots of potential with this sweet pup!  Bella can be adopted for $72, as she is already spayed, which includes her MOA dog license, vaccinations, and microchip.

Adoption update: Mighty Mouse and Lily have both been adopted! :)
