With the Alaska Aces eliminated from the ECHL playoffs, we've got a little more time to check out the rest of the hockey world, so here are you Alaska connections in the AHL's Calder Cup playoffs.

Be warned: Just because a guy is on the roster doesn't necessarily mean he's playing in games -- some of these AHL playoff rosters are so ridiculously long they look like training-camp rosters.

Anyhow, here are the Alaska connections:

Hershey Bears -- Former Aces winger Joey Crabb of Anchorage and former Aces defenseman Patrick Wellar.

Springfield Falcons -- Former Aces winger Scott Howes and former Aces winger Tim Spencer.

Manchester Monarchs -- Former UAA and Aces winger Justin Johnson of Anchorage and winger Hunter Bishop of Fairbanks.

Portland Pirates -- Former Aces defenseman Russ Sinkewich and former UAF goaltender Chad Johnson.

Syracuse Crunch -- Former Aces winger Eric Neilson.

Texas Stars -- Former Aces defenseman William Wrenn of Anchorage.

Milwaukee Admirals -- Former UAA center Paul Crowder.

Grand Rapids Griffins -- Goaltender Jordan Pearce of Anchorage.

Binghamton Senators -- Former UAA goaltender Nathan Lawson, former UAF goaltender Scott Greenham and former UAF defenseman Tyler Eckford.

Charlotte Checkers -- Winger Tim Wallace of Anchorage.
