Chef Hoogerhyde joins the Snow Goose Restaurant

Effective April 1st 2013, Patrick Hoogerhyde has joined the Snow Goose Restaurant and Brewery, LLC as an equity owner and has assumed the title of Director of Operations. Patrick will be responsible for the overall operation of the Snow Goose Restaurant.


Patrick graduated from the Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon and he has continued to expand his culinary and management skills locally as a Sous Chef at the Marx Bros. Café, the Chef de Cuisine at the Crow’s Nest, as the Executive Chef at the Anchorage Downtown Marriott, Orso and Glacier Brewhouse.


In the last couple of years he has joined with Chef Al in opening and running the Bridge Seafood Restaurant and Bridge Catering as a manager/partner.
