Letter: KHAR was a nursing home hit

May 14, 2013

What happened to the heart? For 20 years, I have had the hair salon at Prestige care nursing home, formerly Mary Conrad. I cannot count the number of people who have been blessed by your music! We always had you on! They would sing, or hum or whistle or just smile, always smile!! In some super special way the music transported these special people to a better time and place away from their struggles momentarily. We are very sorry to lose you.

KOOL is cool, but we miss some of the older hits from Heart radio. Our hearts are heavy and sad to lose you. Thank you for the time you did give us however. We will miss you
