Home-grown stand-up comedian to take local stage

Home-grown stand-up comedian Jessica Singleton will perform at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, June 22, at Chilkoot Charlie's. She graduated from Service High School, where she was crowned homecoming queen and earned the title of class clown. This will be her first Anchorage gig. She's a veteran of several major comedy festivals and has also performed on Comedy Central and Sirius XM's Raw Dog Comedy Station. Admission, $10.
