Northrim Bank announces three promotions

Northrim Bank President and CEO Joe Beedle announced Jessie Giamona, Bryann Hanks and Heidi Roesler have all been recently promoted.

Jessie has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Training and Development Manager. She has been with Northrim since June 2011. Jessie is a 2013 Anchorage Society for Human Resources board member and recently obtained her Professional in Human Resources certification. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources Management.

Bryann has been promoted to Consumer and Small Business Lender at the Small Business Center. She has been with the bank as a Loan Administrative Assistant since August 2012. Bryann has thirteen years of banking experience to include over five years branch experience, one year as a Deposit Compliance Officer and over 7 years in lending as an Administrative Assistant and Assistant Cashier. Along with her banking career, she has over four years of related Accounting experience.

Heidi has been promoted to Vice President, Human Resources Talent Manager. She has worked at the bank for over 10 years and has worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer, Human Resources Officer, Professional Development Officer and Loan Collateral Specialist. Heidi holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Masters of Public Administration. She also has the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute and is working on her Certified Compensation Professional Certificate.
