Loan beat daughter Kinsey by more than two minutes in the overall standings of the four-day, five-race series, using dominating performances in the hill climb and time trial to add to her record number of Tour titles.

Loan's total time of 5 hours, 38 minutes, 8 seconds out her 1:55 ahead of runnerup Kinsey and 3:03 ahead of third-place Amber Stull.

John Sindell took the men's title in 6:37:07, beating runnerup Jason Lamoreaux by 56 seconds.
