Letter: Mr. Mayor, stop the duplicity

August 22, 2013

Mr. Mayor, Mr. Mayor, Mr. Mayor. Would you please cover yourself up? Your duplicity is showing.  Saying one thing and doing another? Hmmmmmm!

You were quoted in ADN as stating; “Quite frankly, we won’t mind it going to the ballot. I think the public will agree with us.” (Story, August 19) Well, if you are sincere, then stop having your minions work to obstruct the path for “the public to agree with you.” Stop having the Anchorage attorney fight the people of Anchorage. Ultimately, we are his clients. Not you.

Let the voters of Anchorage be heard.
