South tennis team dominates Eagle River

South dominated Eagle River Thursday in a Cook Inlet Conference tennis match at Bartlett High, cruising to an 8-1 win.

Thomas Hanks picked up a singles victory for the South boys, with Christina Whitworth and Sheryl Almario adding singles wins for the South girls.

Ryan Casey earned Eagle River's only victory, taking down South's Alex Wong in boys singles.
