2 UAA recruits off to fast starts in BCHL

Man, some hockey that counts is finally being played and -- granted, a couple games isn't much of a sample size -- two UAA recruits are off to strong starts.

Goaltender Olivier Mantha, ticketed to join the Seawolves in a year, is 2-0-0 with a 1.00 goals-against average and .964 save percentage for the Penticton Vees of the BCHL.

His teammate, forward Anthony Conti, who will join UAA in 2015-16, owns 2-2--4 totals in three games, with both his strikes coming on the power play.

Conti is a '95 birth year. That makes The Blog feel like a '95 -- 1895, that is.
