Wasilla man badly hurt in motorcycle crash

A Wasilla motorcyclist was seriously injured when he missed a curve and went off Pittman Road on Sunday night, Alaska State Troopers said.

Jay Osmond, 48, was injured when the motorcycle rolled at least once, troopers said. The accident was reported at 9:45 p.m. Pittman Road is in Meadow Lakes, west of Wasilla.

Medics transported Osmond for treatment, troopers said. An investigation continues.
