The NAHL's Fairbanks Ice Dogs, who have developed into a perennial power in that junior league, are at it again.

Sure, it's early in the season, but Fairbanks' 2-1 road win against the Minnesota Wilderness in Cloquet, Minn., tonight extended its sizzling start to 7-0-0.

Kyle Lee bagged the game-winning strike with less than three minutes to go and finished with one goal and one helper, as did Jacob Hetz.

Lake Superior State-bound goaltender Kevin Aldridge furnished the Ice Dogs with 31 saves.

The Wilderness is coached by former NHLer Corey Millen, a native of Cloquet who has spent many years living in Anchorage.
