Shocker: The Ice Dogs will not go undefeated

Posted by DOYLE WOODY, adn.com on September 28, 2013

It was certain to happen, and tonight it finally did -- the Fairbanks Ice Dogs lost an ice hockey game.

The Ice Dogs of the NAHL, who opened the season with seven consecutive victories, fell 5-2 on the road to the Minnesota Wilderness, who operate in Cloquet, Minn. That's real close to Duluth, for you geography buffs.
