Police seek public's help in finding man wanted on felony charges

Anchorage police are looking for help from the public in locating a man wanted on felony charges of domestic violence assault and misconduct involving a weapon

Richard Lee Walker, 35, is a black male who is approximately 6 feet tall and weighs 225 pounds, according to an Anchorage Police Department press release. He has a shaved head and full beard. Walker is believed to be in or around the Anchorage area.

Walker is "considered armed and very dangerous," police said.

Anyone with additional information is encouraged to call APD at 786-8900 or, to remain anonymous, deliver tips via Crime Stoppers at 561-STOP or anchoragecrimestoppers.com. Tipsters may be eligible for reward of up to $1,000.
