There haven't been that many people who could call themselves a "nationally touring poet" since Vachel Lindsay's day, but Lauren Zuniga is one. A three-time National Slam finalist, author of two collections, she's represented Oklahoma in eight national poetry competitions and finished in the top 20 at the Women of World Poetry Slam every year since 2008. She'll recite and riff at 7 p.m. on Friday at the UAA Fine Arts Building Recital Hall. General admission is $5. Find out more at laurenzuniga.com.
