Pens sign Letourneau-Leblond

Pittsburgh, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - The Pittsburgh Penguins signed forward Pierre-Luc Letourneau-Leblond to a two-year contract on Thursday.

The contract is a two-way deal that will pay the 28-year-old $550,000 at the NHL level.

Letourneau-Leblond had been playing with the AHL's Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins this season, posting one assist and collecting 42 penalty minutes in 11 games.

The Quebec native has totaled three assists in 40 career NHL games with New Jersey and Calgary.
