Oakland, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - Golden State Warriors star point guard Stephen Curry is considered day-to-day with a left ankle bone bruise.

Curry walked gingerly off the court in the third quarter of Wednesday's game at Minnesota. He had five points on 2-of-8 shooting in 24 minutes with seven assists and sat out the fourth quarter of the Warriors' 106-93 victory.

An MRI taken Thursday morning in Minnesota confirmed the injury.

The 25-year-old has averaged 18.6 points and 9.2 assists through five games this season.

The Warriors visit San Antonio on Friday, the third stop on a four-game road trip.
