Former Aces D-man Tuzzolino traded in ECHL

Former Alaska Aces defenseman Nick Tuzzolino was traded today, moving from ECHL Fort Wayne to Elmira in exchange for defenseman Jordan Southorn.

Tuzzolini, a seventh-year pro who played his first two seasons with the Aces, was off to a strong start for Fort Wayne in points, but a miserable start in plus-minus. He put up 1-6--7 totals in 13 games, but his -17 rating makes his the current owner of the Green Jacket in the 22-team league.

Southorn had 1-3--4 totals and an even rating for Elmira.
