After all that Thanksgiving Day feasting, there's bound to be plenty of leftovers for creative cooks. Now what we need is a light red to go with all that savory, saucy stuff. Cono Sur's 2011 Pinot Noir from Valle Central, Chile, is perfect. It's fresh and vibrant, with plenty of black fruit aromas and a tender, voluptuous mouth of cherry and blackberry. How they jam that much goodness in there for the money is beyond me. But I'm happy to help them out -- and once you taste it, you will be too! Costs about $12.
