Nice roadie, Huskies.

After losing on the road against UAA two Fridays ago, the Huskies bucked up and got a tie against UAA, beat UAF in Fairbanks on Friday, and tonight racked a WCHA series sweep with a 2-1 win at the Carlson Center.

Pheonix Copley of North Pole stopped 28 shots for Tech. He played the last three games of the roadie and went 2-0-1, with a 1.62 goals-against average and .937 save percentage.

Copley made 30 saves Friday in a 3-2 win.

Alex Petan had an assist in the win tonight to give him 2-4--6 totals on the four-game trip. He went 2-1--3 Friday. Tanner Kero scored tonight -- on a short-handed breakaway no less -- to give him three goals on the trip.

UAF's goal tonight came from Cody Kunyk to give him a team-leading 10 in 14 games and 48 in his career.
