According to Chris Heisenberg's excellent and reliable recruiting site, UAF has received a commitment from forward Austin Vieth of the USHL's Waterloo Black Hawks.

Vieth, who turns 20 on Dec. 20, owns 2-7--9 totals and a -1 rating in 19 games, with 42 shots on goal.

He's the second recruit the Nanooks have from Waterloo. They also have a commitment from Peter Krieger, who leads the Black Hawks in scoring with 7-15--22 totals and a +9 rating in 21 games.
