A 42-year-old Anchorage woman with a medical condition has been missing for more than a week, according to the Anchorage Police Department.

Sandee Hopson was supposed to meet her sister at the Anchorage 5th Avenue mall at 4 p.m. Dec. 5, said Jennifer Castro, Anchorage police spokeswoman. Hopson was reported missing Saturday.

Hopson has a physical condition that requires her to get weekly medical attention, she said.

Police described Hopson as 5 feet 5 inches tall and 130 pounds, with brown eyes and red hair.

Hopson was last seen walking on Fourth Avenue wearing brown boots and a purple parka.

Anyone with information on Hopson can call police dispatch at 786-8900.
