Trupp's AHL debut is dynamite

Posted by DOYLE WOODY, on January 15, 2014

Erstwhile Alaska Aces winger Evan Trupp of Anchorage shined in his AHL debut today.

Trupp kick-started the Abbotsford Heat's third-period comeback with a goal 17 seconds in and his line was on the ice for the tying goal in a 4-3 overtime win at Rockford.

Trupp, the Aces' second-leading scorer, had that one shot on goal and was +2.

Erstwhile Aces winger Jordan Kremyr was in the lineup too. He made his AHL debut last week.

Sitting out was estwhile Aces defenseman Kane Lafranchise, who has been with the Heat for an extended time.
