Prep bowling: Thursday's results

The East girls and Eagle River boys earned narrow victories Thursday in Anchorage Scholastic Bowling League action at Center Bowl.

The East girls beat Service 18-17, with 31 pins separating the two teams. Leading the T-birds was Taylor Schoeni, whose 225 was the high game of the night among girls.

Eagle River's 19-16 win over Service was even closer -- just three pins separated the teams.

Bartlett's Logan Williams rolled the high game among boys, a 246.
