Here's Anchorage Animal Care and Control's Adoption of the Week, courtesy of Brooke Taylor, AACCC public relations coordinator.

Please meet Yancy, a 1.5 year old, neutered male, lab mix.  Yancy is a very sweet boy that has the energy to match his age.  He loves attention, walks and runs.  He smart, eager to please, and already knows “sit” and “down” for treats.  He would do great in a home willing to work on training and manners.  Yancy can be adopted for $57, as he is already neutered, which includes his MOA dog license, vaccinations, and microchip.

Adoption update: Irie and Suka have both been adopted!

Be sure to check out AACCC's Facebook page and blog.
