Olivier Roy just keeps stopping pucks for AHL Abbotsford

Erstwhile Alaska Aces goaltender Olivier Roy delivered another strong performance for the Abbotsford Heat of the AHL tonight.

Roy stopped 34 of 36 shots in regulation and overtime, and the last five of seven shootout bids he faced, to backstop a 3-2 win over the visiting Texas Stars.

After giving up goals to the Stars' first two shooters, then rebuffed five straight in the skills contest.

In three games since joining the Heat, Roy is 3-0-0 with a 1.95 goals-against average and .939 save percentage.

Nice.
