Rachel Anderson and Nick Frazier
Rachel Anderson and Nick Frazier of Brentwood, Calif., plan to marry May 22 at the Brentwood Golf Course.
Rachel is the daughter of Jim Anderson and Karola Moore of Anchorage. She graduated from West High School in 2002. Rachel attended Sacramento State University, receiving her degree in 2006 in family and consumer science with a concentration in nutrition. Following her college graduation, Rachel obtained further training at California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and works as a pastry chef and cake decorator for Alpine Pastry and Cakes in Concord, Calif. Her interests are cooking, reading, traveling, teaching children, boating and camping.
Nick is the son of Richard and Sharleen Milland of Brentwood. He is employed as a project engineer for Performance Mechanical Inc. of Pittsburg, Calif. Nick received a business degree from Sacramento State University in 2007 with a concentration in real estate and land use. His hobbies include golfing, camping, hunting, boating and snowboarding.

Divini Rae and Winston Fong
Divini Rae of Fairbanks and Winston Fong of Oklahoma City, Okla., will marry Aug. 8 on the beach in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. They will honeymoon in Italy.
Divini, who grew up in Tanana, attended West Valley High School in Fairbanks. She is known to many as Alaska's first Playboy Playmate. Divini is excited to begin the process of opening her own spa and starting a family with Winston. She enjoys photography, cooking, opera, reading, kickboxing, and spending time with friends.
Winston is a spine surgeon at McBride Hospital in Oklahoma City. He enjoys exercise, theater, traveling, research and spending time with Divini.
The couple met through mutual friends while in Santa Monica, Calif. Six months later, Winston took Divini to the beach and handed her a seashell. Inside was a ring.
Divini and Winston look forward to splitting their time between Fairbanks and Oklahoma City.

Michelle Tschumper and David Nesbett
Anchorage residents Michelle Tschumper and David Nesbett are delighted to announce their engagement. A small outdoor wedding is planned for June 27 at Nancy Lake. David proposed to Michelle on New Year's Eve in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
Michelle is the daughter of Dianne and John Tschumper of California. She attended the University of California at Santa Barbara and earned a bachelor's degree in business economics. Michelle received a law degree from the University of San Francisco in 2006. She is an attorney for the State of Alaska.
David is the son of Jerene and Raymond Nesbett of Anchorage. He grew up in Anchorage and graduated from West High School. David attended Wesleyan University in Connecticut and graduated from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 1998. He is an attorney at a local law firm.
Michelle and David enjoy cross-country and downhill skiing, hiking and spoiling their border collie pup, Lucy.
