While the Daily News cannot and does not screen postings or actively monitor the discussions, we reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to remove any message or user that, in our opinion, violates the rules or spirit of the forums. However, we will respect the right of our users to express controversial opinions so long as those opinions are expressed in a civil manner.
