Mother Nature huffs and puffs

A storm packing 100-plus mph winds blew through Anchorage in early February,
right, tearing off roofs, buckling garage doors and relocating backyard
sheds. "I don't think there's a neighbor that didn't lose anything,"
said Scott Nissen, an Anchorage Police Department officer who lives in
