Alaska's Corey Cogdell named one of the hottest US Olympians

As an Olympic trapshooter, Corey Cogdell may not have the same allure as the women of beach volleyball or the explosive athleticism of U.S. gymnasts or hurdlers. But Cogdell, of Palmer, Alaska, is an official hottie.

According to Bleacher Report's Swagger list of "50 hottest American Olympians," Cogdell ranks at a solid number 32 right behind gymnast Aly Raisman, and just before freestyle wrestler Jordan Burroughs.

Cogdell's fetching looks and bright smile may have earned her an honorable mention, but unfortunately it didn't win her a medal at the London Olympic Games this year. 25-year-old Cogdell placed 11th overall in her highly anticipated second Olympic Games.

On the bright side, Team U.S.A member, and former University of Alaska Fairbanks shooter Jamie Lynn Gray took home a gold medal in women's 50-meter three position rifle last Saturday. And Janay DeLoach, of Fairbanks, leapt her way toward a bronze in Wednesday's long jump.
