Alaska isn't the only state with bear problems.
A Subaru owner in Colorado saw extensive damage to their car Tuesday morning after a black bear got stuck inside the vehicle, as seen in a video posted on YouTube.
Two deputies from the Jefferson County sheriff's office responded after the bear trapped itself inside the car, the Denver Post reported. They tried to use a remote truck opener to free the bear, but that didn't work, so one deputy manually opened the hatch and the bear scrambled out.
The interior of the car was completely destroyed, the Post reported.
"I'm sure the owner of the car is pretty upset," Mark Techmeyer, sheriff's office spokesperson, told the Post. "But what do you do?"
