Jerry Ross of Anchorage finished 25th in Sunday's U.S. Marine Corps Marathon in Arlington, Va.
Ross, 33, recorded a time of a 2 hours, 33 minutes, 57 seconds. Winner Andrew Dumm, 23, of Arlington, finished in 2:22:44.
Cate Fenster of Wooster, Ohio, topped the women in 2:48:55.
