Spencer claims the win

Bill Spencer claimed victory Wednesday in an orienteering meet in Far North Bicentennial Park, where he finished the 5.7-kilometer, 15-control red course in 61 minutes, 47 seconds. He was more than 16 minutes ahead of the next finisher.
