'Flock of Palins' calls for higher oil taxes

According to KSTU (FOX, Salt Lake City, Ut.), a group of protesters wearing Sarah Palin masks showed up at Utah's Capitol Building to tell Gov. Gary Herbert that he needs to increase the severance tax on coal, oil and gas exports before he cuts the state's education and healthcare budgets. The severance tax in Utah currently stands at 5 percent. Former Gov. Palin signed a bill in 2007 that increased Alaska's oil severance tax to 25 percent. Read more and watch video here.
