The following reports are supplied by Alaska State Troopers and local police agencies. Anyone accused of a crime is presumed not guilty until convicted by a court.

INCIDENTS
Driving with license revoked -- On Feb. 2 about 8:55 a.m. troopers found a Jeep Cherokee parked in the road on Old Parks Highway in Willow. The driver, Roberta Guidry, 47, of Willow was arrested and taken to Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility.
DUI, endangering the welfare of a minor, single-car motor vehicle accident -- On Feb. 1 at 5:58 p.m., report of a single-vehicle accident at mile 81.7 of the Glenn Highway. Bobby G. Burton, 56, of Valdez said he lost control of his car and it flipped. A 4-year-old passenger was not wearing her seat belt. Burton was arrested and transported to Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility with bail set at $2,500.
Motor vehicle collision, negligent driving -- On Feb. 1 about 2:40 p.m., troopers responded to single-vehicle rollover near Mile 6 of the Talkeetna Spur. The driver was identified as Michael Vogus, 55, of Talkeetna. He had left the scene but was located at his home. The 2005 Chevy Trailblazer had driven off the road and rolled. Vogus was issued a citation.
Driving with license suspended -- On Feb. 1 at 4:19 a.m., troopers cited Ashley I Hubbs, 18, of Wasilla. Her vehicle had been stopped near the intersection of Lakewood Drive and Knik Goose Bay Road in Wasilla for an equipment violation. Hubbs was issued a summons and two citations then released.
Warrant arrest -- On Feb. 1 at 2 a.m., troopers arrested Steven J. Meier, 36, of Wasilla on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear for a pretrial conference on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was taken to Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility with bail set at $500.
Fourth-degree assault -- On Feb. 1 at 1:09 a.m., troopers responded to a disturbance on Tami-Dall Avenue in Talkeetna. They arrested Melanie Hoffman, 30, of Talkneeta on charges of assaulting a family member at the residence. Hoffman was taken to Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility. No bail.
Motor vehicle collision with damage -- On Jan. 31 at 11:34 a.m., troopers responded to a two-vehicle collision near Mile 37 of Willow Fishhook Road in Willow. A 17-year-old Eagle River youth lost control of his 1992 Chevrolet SUV and it collided head-on with a 2008 Ford F-150. No one was injured. The juvenile was cited for basic speed an no proof of insurance.
DUI, endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangerment, driving with a revoked license -- On Jan. 31 at 7:50 a.m. troopers went to a home near Tattler Street in Wasilla on a domestic disturbance call. William R. Greenewald, 42, of Wasilla tried to drive away with a small child. Another juvenile jumped onto the hood of his car. Greenewald abandoned the vehicle on the road. He was taken to Mat-Su Pre-Trial and held without bail.
Criminal trespass, assault 4 -- On Jan. 31 at 2:30 a.m. troopers responded to a disturbance at a home in East Talkeetna. Theresa Newman was pounding on the doors and windows, trying to use a credit care to enter the home and threatening to shoot and kill a male inside. She was taken to Mat-Su Pre-Trial and was held without bail.
DUI, minor operating after consuming alcohol, minor consuming alcohol -- On Jan. 31 at 2:14 a.m. troopers contacted a 16-year-old male about his Chevy truck, which was found in a ditch at Beverly Lake Road and Sourdough Drive in Wasilla. He was arrested and later released to his parents.
Criminal mischief 3, assault 4 -- On Jan. 31 at 1 a.m., troopers arrived at a home off Buckeye Lane in Wasilla. Ashley Ann Kinsley, 25, of Wasilla was arrested on charges of assaulting a family member and another person and causing $1,913 in damage at the home. She was taken to Mat-Su Pre-Trial and held without bail.
Felony eluding, DUI, reckless driving -- On Jan. 30 at 8:59 p.m., troopers tried to stop a 2004 Saturn on the Palmer-Wasilla Highway near Begich Drive in Wasilla for a moving violation. The vehicle kept driving for about two miles while speeding, driving into oncoming lanes and nearly hitting a guard rail. Mollie A. Boyer, 56, of Palmer was taken to Mat-Su Pre-Trial and held on $3,000 bail.
DUI, assault 4, criminal mischief 4 -- On Jan. 30 at 4:15 a.m. troopers responded to a disturbance report on Jerry Circle in Big Lake. Terris L. Phelps, 24, of Big Lake had been driving a vehicle while impaired by alcohol, had assaulted a female and had caused an estimated $200 in damage to property, troopers said. He was taken to Mat-Su Pre-Trial and held without bail.
DUI -- On Jan. 30 at 3:25 a.m., troopers stopped a 2007 Honda near the Parks Highway and Trunk Road. Thomas Herschback, 47, of Big Lake was arrested and taken to Mat-Su Pre-Trial and held on $500 bail.
Assault 4 -- On Jan. 29 at 10:27 p.m. troopers arrived at a home on Palmer Fishhook on a domestic disturbance call. Amy Johnson, 38, was arrested for biting a family member several times. She was taken to Mat-Su Pre-Trial and held without bail.
Burglary 1, criminal mischief 3, five counts of assault 3, resisting arrest -- On Jan. 29 at 8:41 p.m. troopers responded to a disturbance call at a home on St. Mihiel in Wasilla. A 15-year-old male was arrested and taken to Mat-Su Youth Facility.
DUI -- On Jan. 29 at 6:39 p.m., troopers stopped a 1991 Honda Accord for speeding on the Parks Highway at Willow. Ella Fenderson, 51, of North Pole failed field sobriety tests and was arrested for DUI and cited for speeding and having an open alcohol container in the vehicle. Fenderson was taken to Mat-Su Pre-Trial and held on $500 bail.
DUI, driving with a revoked license -- On Jan. 29 at 3:13 p.m. troopers stopped a car driven by Lori A. Monaghan, 51, of Wasilla at Peck Street and McKee Lane in Wasilla. She was taken to the trooper post in Palmer and later to the Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility. Her bail was set at $2,500.
Fugitive from justice -- On Jan. 28 at 4 p.m. troopers and officials with the Bureau of Judicial Services arrested James Carl Scott, 52, of Palmer near Palmer on an outstanding arrest warrant issued in Texas after he left that state in violation of his parole and probation conditions, troopers said. He was taken to Mat-Su Pre-Trial and held on $50,000 bail.
Residential fire -- On Jan. 27 at 10:57 p.m. a fire with an injury was reported in the Talkeetna area. A Talkeetna-based trooper responded with Mat-Su Borough Fire and EMS staff. They found the home fully engulfed in fire. An elderly woman was suffering from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound; she was transported to an Anchorage hospital.
